Cara 1 : bisa dg taruh dlm oven dan bawahnya diberi wadah berisi air panas. Atau cara 2 : bila otrik, panaskan suhu 150, selama 5 menit lalu matikan oven, simpan adonan didlm oven yg sdh hangat tsb hingga mengembang..
- Kempeskan bagian tengah adonan dg 1 jari. Lalu bagi-bagi adonan, sesuai selera ya ukurannya. Saya jadikan 12 potong, berat @ 53 gram..
- Gilas dan gulung tiap adonan. Isi sesuai selera. Kunci ujung gulungan dg cara dicubit. Lalu tata di loyang. Proofing lagi 30-45 menit. (Sy kasih filling 2 versi, selai blueberry dan sosis. Sy pakai loyang brownies ukuran 20×10 sbg wadah. Yg diisi blueberry sy kasih topping olesan susu cair dan wijen sesaat sbl dipanggaang)..
- Oven dipreheat dulu ya selama 10 menit. Panggang roti sampai matang. Sesuaikan dg oven masing2. Setelah matang oles dengan margarin. (Saya pake otrik, panggang suhu 200°C, api atas bawah, selama 20 menit).
