  3. Kempeskan bagian tengah adonan dg 1 jari. Lalu bagi-bagi adonan, sesuai selera ya ukurannya. Saya jadikan 12 potong, berat @ 53 gram..
  4. Gilas dan gulung tiap adonan. Isi sesuai selera. Kunci ujung gulungan dg cara dicubit. Lalu tata di loyang. Proofing lagi 30-45 menit. (Sy kasih filling 2 versi, selai blueberry dan sosis. Sy pakai loyang brownies ukuran 20×10 sbg wadah. Yg diisi blueberry sy kasih topping olesan susu cair dan wijen sesaat sbl dipanggaang)..
  5. Oven dipreheat dulu ya selama 10 menit. Panggang roti sampai matang. Sesuaikan dg oven masing2. Setelah matang oles dengan margarin. (Saya pake otrik, panggang suhu 200°C, api atas bawah, selama 20 menit).
  6. Serat rotinya lembut meski tanpa telur, warna rotinya cakep ungu alami..
